Ice Breaking session

Attention to all AAC members.

We will be having our ice breaking session on this Thursday night. There will be some mini games that we're going to play and also, you will get to eat freshly barbecued chickens (bbq) :D The details are as follows:

Venue: Tennis parking lot
Date: 23rd July (Thursday)
Time: 8.30pm

Those who doesn't pay for the registeration fee yet, please bring along your money (RM2).

Gunung Datuk Trip

The Gunung Datuk trip was amazingly challenging! Even though it was pretty tired climbing up the hill, but it is worth the effort. Gunung Datuk is not really a "mountain" despite it is named as "gunung". This is the first big trip for all of the members of Amateur Athletic Club (AAC).

The trail is not that hard as there is a clear path along the way up so trekkers will not get lost. It is a fairly easy trek.

Trekking at moderate speed will take 2 and 1/2 hour to reach to the top. Since some of us couldn't go as fast as the others could, it took us about 3 hours. After we reached at the peak of Gunung Datuk, the scenery was spectacular~! Surely worth the effort of going all the way up here.

On our way down the hill, it was raining quite heavily. Some of us manage to reach at the base of the hill before the rain starts, while some of us couldn't. It was about halfway to go when when it starts raining.
